Puja and Temple Services

PAYMENTS FOR SERVICES

All payments for the service must be made by Check, never cash, to "Hindu Temple of Toledo" before the service date or on the date of service by giving the check to Pundit ji.
Please write the name of the service on the memo section of the check.
If paid by credit card, it must be done on the day of the service or at least 3 days before the service date.
For any "Away” Service/Puja not listed above, a service fee of $ 400/event (or $ 400/day if at another Temple) will apply
Any Additional Dakshina to Pundit ji is at the service requester's discretion. This is not reported to the Temple.

TRAVEL COST

Please write a separate check for travel costs payable to "Hindu Temple of Toledo"
Local Travel: mileage charges are the prevailing Federal mileage rate, currently 67 cents per mile, for any location greater than 50 miles round trip from HTT
Out-of-town travel (any travel greater than 75 miles) costs include Travel Expenses + room/board.
If a service is provided during Temple hours or other events at the Temple, a surcharge will be made to cover the cost of a substitute priest.

OTHER NOTES

Please avoid requesting Priest’s Service during Temple hours or during scheduled events at the Temple.
Exceptions can be made at the sole discretion of EC with sufficient advance notice
Temple operating hours are: Mon- Thu: 5pm-8pm; Sat & Sun: 9am-2pm. Planned other events are on the paper calendar
Donations to the Hindu Temple of Toledo may be Tax deductible since we are a registered non-profit organization.
